On the one hand, internauts sign in, create their profile in which they precise which companyemploys them and which companies used to employ them. They can then evaluate this firms on several factors such as the atmosphere, the formation and the work conditions. They can add a comment to this evaluation. The employees then become actors in the evolution of their company through their constructive critics. To accentuate this participative aspect, they can reevaluate their current firm every month.
On the other hand, companies can read the evaluations et comments from their employees. On top of that, they can communicate with them through uploaded videos or documents.Their evaluation allows them to know where they stand compared to their rivals and to act in order to improve their employees’ work conditions. Thanks to opentojob, they have now access to an efficient tool of communication and improvement.
Opentojob works with premium accounts which give to subscribed firms an access to some additional functionalities.”
Team 4 Google challenge: A new version of a website makes a really welcomed campaign

Finding an advertiser for the challenge happened to be harder than what we thought. We first tried to find someone by asking our personal and professional networks. Then we published calls on Facebook and Twitter, asking people to spread the word. The few people who answered didn’t match our criteria. We wanted a pure-player advertiser who would be 100% involved in the challenge. A business we could really help with this opportunity. That’s why we refused some proposals.
We finally chose OpenToJob.com, a website dedicated to salaried who want to evaluate the business they work for. The service is also made for CEOs and HR managers who want to promote their business and discuss with current and future employees. Business model is a premium account for businesses. New OpenToJob website, built by an HETIC team, is about to go live so the challenge is really welcomed by both the owners and our GOMC team.
